Work and play in Grožnjan. From August 17 to 31, the Second International Symposium for Theory and Design in the Third Machine Era was held in Grožnjan, entitled Working games (without borders).
The theoretical part consisted of a series of lectures by professors Cedric Price and Nigel Whiteley as well as some participants, and the practical work took place in a workshop on the topic of consumerism (in architecture) through the Electronic House project, which is also the theme of this year's Shinkenchiku competition. Some of the projects found inspiration in the immediate environment of Grožnjan, which was not an obligation, and Cedric Price himself reacted quickly to his new surroundings, analyzing and researching in his own unique way the whole, but also the details.
Work and play were expanding every day, and the area was wider than the city perimeter, and the Mediterranean climate, its fruits and juices gave the already good atmosphere the characteristic of exceptionality.
